The Artur Rubinstein Łódź Philharmonic is a cultural institution in Łódź, officially established in 1949. Its predecessor was the Łódź Symphony Orchestra, which gave its first concert in 1915. The Philharmonic is a cultural institution of the Łódź Voivodeship self-government.
The venue hosts concerts of classical, operatic, jazz and blues music, as well as rock and pop events. Its programme also includes opera and Viennese galas, symphonic concerts, musical performances and theatrical productions, including tribute shows.
