Vertigo Presents: Cuba meets Poland by Roland Abreu

The jazz concert Cuba Meets Poland by Roland Abreu, part of the Vertigo Presents series, will take place at Vertigo Jazz Club & Restaurant in Wrocław. The project combines Polish songs with Afro-Cuban music and jazz. Polish and Cuban musicians rework well-known Polish melodies and lyrics, drawing inspiration from son cubano, salsa, bolero and cha-cha-chá. The programme brings together the musical traditions of both countries, from calmer, nostalgic interpretations to arrangements built around Cuban rhythms. It’s an event for people interested in jazz, Latin music and new arrangements of Polish hits. Tickets are available through KupBilecik.
