New Moon Renewal Ceremony - cacao, bowls, gongs

The New Moon Renewal Ceremony combines ceremonial cacao, gong sounds and crystal bowls in a circle. Participants sit in a circle, drink cacao mindfully and do a short breathing exercise before meditation. The meditation takes place seated in a circle, and after a while everyone can lie down; the meditation is then accompanied by the sounds of gongs and crystal bowls. The event focuses on a shared intention of inner transformation and raising vibrations, intended to lead to a new, more mindful self and a more mindful view of the world. Unlike other concerts, participation is active, and the concert can be louder and more intense.
