I like Queen - Piano Show

“I like Queen - Piano Show” is a piano concert featuring rock songs by Queen arranged by Phillip Keveren and performed by Maciej Łobos at I like Chopin in Gdańsk. The music is accompanied by a story about Freddie Mercury and his journey from Farrokh Bulsara of Zanzibar to one of rock’s most recognisable figures. The programme includes “Bohemian Rhapsody”, “Don't Stop Me Now”, “We Are the Champions” and “The Show Must Go On”, among others. Queen is a British rock band whose songs combine elaborate arrangements with memorable melodies and stage energy. Freddie Mercury was the band’s lead singer and the writer of many well-known songs. Phillip Keveren, an American arranger associated with the University of Southern California, adapted the band’s compositions for piano; Maciej Łobos will perform at the instrument. This is an event for fans of Queen, rock and piano interpretations of popular songs. Tickets are available through KupBilecik.
